Rental Agreement
- The renter agrees to accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in their possession.
- The renter agrees to pay the full retail value of any equipment rented under this form that is not returned, and pay extra rental fees for any equipment returned late.
- The renter agrees to return all rental equipment by the agreed date and time in a clean condition to avoid any additional charges.
